Camburg Kinetik 2.5 x3.75 Bump Stop

Camburg Kinetik 2.5 x3.75 Bump Stop

With over 25 years of off-road use and racing experience, Camburg developed the KINETIK Series 2.5 bump stops to meet the demands of our KINETIK race trucks and the harshest off-road environments. After years of design, testing, and validation on championship-winning race trucks and our fleet of off-road and overland vehicles, we’re proud to release the 2026 KINETIK Series 2.5 bump stops. The KINETIK Series 2.5 x 3.75 eyelet striker bump stops are specifically tuned for rear applications on Camburg-built KINETIK race trucks, while also being ideal for custom front or rear setups. Hydraulic bump stops significantly improve bottoming control in high-impact, g-out situations, allowing primary shocks to focus on handling while transferring bottoming forces into a stronger chassis-mounted component. Nitrogen pressure is adjustable from 50–250 psi, allowing precise tuning based on driving style, vehicle setup, and terrain. The 2.5-inch diameter body increases oil and nitrogen volume for improved damping consistency, reduced operating temperatures, and greater tunability. Heat-treated cylinders increase strength and reduce internal friction for longer seal and fluid life. Bodies are finished with black CerakoteĀ® for superior abrasion, corrosion, and chemical resistance. CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum upper eyelets are anodized Camburg red and feature a pocketed design to reduce weight. FK PTFE-lined spherical bearings with custom rubber seals and 17-4 stainless spacers provide durability, protection, and ease of installation. Aerospace-grade seals, custom travel indicators, hard-anodized tapered-port pistons, and a 1.625-inch induction-hardened, hard-chrome shaft ensure consistent damping, reduced friction, and long-term reliability in extreme conditions. While we didn’t invent hydraulic bump stops, we engineered them to meet the performance, durability, and quality expected from Camburg and our KINETIK race program.
